Bit rates

When the network is stable, i.e. $d\overline{P\left(t\right)}=0$ $d\overline{\#C\left(t\right)}=0$ where $\overline{\cdot }$ denotes the expectation operator, the average downloading and uploading rates of peers are $b$ Ya usado antes $bs$ bits/second, which is also the bit-rate of the stream.
